 i kno exactly what your going through just drop him hints and be flirty with him don't just go by the popularity thing because that will hold you back maybe get your lil sis to ask his lil sis to ask him what he thinks of you get his lil sis to say somthing like i think she's (you)pretty and nice what do you think just to get him thinking of you in that way and hey if it doesn't work (their are plenty of fish in the sea)hope this helps

Don't worry about that. Your 13! If you really like the boy then tell him that you think hes cute, or tell your lil sis and maybe she'll tell his lil sis and then she will tell him. Thats what I did when I was younger. Sometimes I would tell his best friend but don't go crazy and start rambleing on about him just be simple and say "Hes really cute, but he would never be interested in me" it always worked for me! good luck!
