Sit him down, hand him a glass of lemonade and put a big kool aide smile in your face and and say; I already know what you don't like in bed, how about you feed me now with new info, which performance do you prefer and which ones do you enjoy the most. Girlfriend have a note pad ready because it might be a long list.

I may be wrong, but it sounds like your lover is trying to say something. Maybe he doesn't like how things have turned out between you, and wants a stronger relationship with you. He may also be telling you that he doesn't like those things just to get it off of his chest. Either way, the good option is to either fix the problems he's talking of, or have a good conversation about why he feels that way. He trusts and understands you, so he shouldn't be afraid to answer.
