Once I decided to try, though, I had a multiple orgasm, and have been able to pretty much at will since then.2. One thing that can really help a woman to have orgasms in general, and also multiple orgasms, is practicing her Kegel exercises. If you don’t know what that is, she may, or you can look it up together. It’s really about having a strong pelvic floor, or PC, muscle, which can be easily strengthened in just a few weeks with these exercises.3. Multiples “come” in different forms. I used to think that they were always the way I saw on that movie, 1, 2, 3....all in less than a minute. Yes, there is such a thing, and I have experienced it, but only unexpectedly and rarely. 4. The more common form of multiple orgasms is, like, she has one orgasm, then may or may not need a brief rest from stimulation, then she has another orgasm in less time than it took to have the first one, etc. It’s more like just realizing that she doesn’t have to be done getting off just because she had one orgasm.5. If she wants to have orgasms during intercourse, and this is usually hard for her, she may have more luck by having her first orgasm through either oral or manual stimulation, and then adding in the penetration.6. Either way, if you and she discover the joy of multiples or not, you can surely have some fun trying. And, as we saw with Lila’s squirting, the more lightly and playfully you “try”, the better the chances that you’ll get there.

Well that's a very good point about cunnilingus, thank you for adding that! I plan to read your post about it, and also the book "She Comes First". If more men knew these techniques, there would be more happy women out there, and that means...more happy men!

 Well as a man, I can concur not as someone to personally experience multiples, but as someone who has provided. But I'm a little surprised that you did not place most emphasis on the application of oral stimulation to facilitate the result. In my experience, cunnilingus (vulva and clitoral stimulation with the man's tongue) has been the magic key that I've used for many years to please previous wives and girlfriends.
One previous partner in 2007, a 59-year-old mother of eight, swore to me that she had never experienced an orgasm through sexual activity with a man, despite her evident frequency with intercourse with two prior husbands. Yet, by applying oral techniques, she experienced her first, and over a period of about six months, had frequently experienced multiples of three to ten per session, also including intercourse.
More recently, a 58-year-old grandmother (girlfriend) reported six to eight orgasms during cunnilingus sessions, followed in one case by another while she was pleasuring me orally afterward. That had only happened three previous times in some 45 years, at least to my knowledge.
