 Is your girlfriend willing and enthusiastic? If she's not having a good time, or is just having sex to placate you, then that may be why. This is not to accuse you of abusing her, but if she's not showing you that she's having fun too - that might be a reason you feel guilty afterwards?

 you feel like this more than likely because you do care for her, and have a feeling of guilt maybe because of putting sex instead of building the relationship ahead of self interest. sex always changes the dynamics of a relationship, and not always for the better.just like there is a difference dynamics of a relationship in dating from a relationship in marriage.
i would suggest slow down on the physical and work on the relationship,love, emotion, knowing her.
"does every guy feel that??" yes it is possible to feel that way if you put self interest ahead of the other person. you get into lust instead of love. lust wants, takes,and love gives, shares.

 Do you have a sense of shame associated with sex? Have you had a strict upbringing where sex was supposed to be a bad thing? That's the only reason I can think of.
