As a male, I'm not too sure about female genitalia, but from the way it works with a male, there is a valve in the penis that makes sure when he ejaculates that no pee gets mixed in with the seaman, as it is acidic and would kill the sperm. I think the same sort of thing happens with a female during intercourse for the same reason.
Just wait thirty minuets after masturbating and you shouldn't have a problem. Or just pee before you masturbate.
