Tine has hit the nail on the head!

You need to try something new in your relationship.

If your current relationship isn't working you should split up and then stay single for a month while flirting with this other guy, if you really miss your boyfriend (or ex-bf now) and cant stop thinking about him then go back to him, you may even need to look for a new job to avoid the temptation of cheating, or otherwise get together with this new bloke who makes you happy.

Tine agony auntit seems as though the "honeymoon" period in your relationship is over and your wanting that spark back again, and feel that you can get it elsewhere with this person at work. Think about it, do you really want ot take things further with this person and leave your boyfriend of a year?? If not then try to get that spark back, try new things in your relationship and see if you can get the excitment back that you long for. If you do decide to leave your boyfriend just make sure that it is worth breaking hearts over.
