as for showing appreciation, it depends on how you guys are together. if it's your thing, just make noise. some moaning works. don't fake it, just be naturally vocal. i like when my girl does that, cuz it lets me know i'm doing a good job. if she gets louder or higher pitched, i know she's closer to orgasm, so i'd do it harder or faster, or if i was getting tired but knew she was close, i'd still keep going.
