But he stares at me on some occasions and always texts infront of me then looks again.. i dont know what this means? is he talkin about me? our eyes meet sometimes and then i look away.  I think he may be interested. If you can go and introduce yourself the next time you see him and see what he says. If it happens once I wouldn't say that it meant anything but if this has been going on for a while then there is a good chance that he likes you for how you look. You'll have to go see if he will also like you for your personality.
