 Bimbo is basically a word describing your stereotypical dumb chick, blondes mostly.Like Paris Hilton would be considered a bimbo.Next time he calls you a bimbo come up with some intellectual insult to get him back, it'll put him in his place.

The word 'Bimbo' is often in reference to a woman who is shallow, a woman who puts too much emphasis on her physical looks, while not working on her personality and intellect. And yes, sadly as Phil points out, women who are 'blonde' do get the brunt of this, far, far too often. I have dealt with this myself and I simply ignore it. It's a lack of human respect and a very ignorant, unfair judgment. So hun, no one....absolutely no one has the right to call you such a thing. As everyone else has stated, this guy is showing his shortcomings in his own personality development by stating such a thing. And quite honestly, dear...ignore the ignorance and the immaturity this guy has so rudely displayed towrad you. Get on with life and never allow words like this to tear you down.

 Bimbo does not mean a slag. A bimbo is a term applied to girls who are giggly, ditzy types with not much of a brain...an airhead basically.
