I cannot tell you what to do about the pregnancy. That is a personal decision that you alone must make. You can keep your twins, have an abortion or look at adoption. You are quite young to have so many children and I am assuming this pregnancy was not planned. You need to see your doctor and request counselling to come to the right decision for you. You also need to look into welfare housing - seek out a specialist advisor in your community. Whatever you decide about the pregnancy there is something very important you must address for the future. Your large family at such a young age is perhaps the result of contraceptive failure. You need to take control of your fertility by either using reliable methods, or looking into sterilisation if you don't want more children. At 27 you could have 10-15 years of fertility left and that could mean a whole load more children.
