Some women cum from clitoral stimulation, which few penises will offer, unless you use the grinding motion of your pubic mound against her clit...this was the only way I could make my ex orgasm and I am not at all small. Some women cum from G-spot stimulation, which I would think small, upcurved penises might be better for. Then there's some women who climax most strongly from deep insertion. So it really depends on the woman, but most women cum from stimulation at or near the opening...not deep in.
Now, as for positions, that also depends on anatomy. Some women have their genitals kinda right out there...some have them "tucked" further in. Hard to explain, but every woman is different. I think width of the pelvis and a few other things dictate this. The women with more exposed gentials will allow for deeper penetration in my expereince, but that may not always be true. In most cases, I've found that the legs tucked, missionary style allows the deepest penetration. With some women, doggy style does, but that depends on their anatomy, size of their butt, etc.
Your size is fine. I would classify it as small, but most women who have had at least 10 or 20 partners will have seen this size I think, so not to worry. Like you said, at least it isnt a micropenis.

Your penis will work fine. The only way to find good positions is through practice, as everybody is different, and every woman is different so will like different things. But you are suited well enough to try out many different things.
