writes:Sooooo today I went shopping with my best female friend. She convinced me to buy some lingerie, it's a corset like thing, red with black lace, very sexy. It wasn't for a guy or anything, I am single, but it was just for me, ya know? I didn't have enough money for the matching knickers, even though they are only £3. I do have black ones which I can wear with it though. So here are my questions:1) Should I hide the lingerie from my mum?2) Should I go back and get the matching knickers?3) Is it normal that my friend said I could seduce her if I was wearing it?

 do you have an open enough relationship with mum to show her? My daughter showed me hers... and the vibrator she got a friend over 18 to buy for her... I was not shocked or horrified.
when you can afford the knickers go get them I always like matched sets...
as for your friend saying you could seduce her, sounds to me like she's letting you know that she's open for a little bisexual action... for me that's perfectly normal... may not be for you or others... that's a personal compass you have to navigate...
FWIW I love lingerie... we even have an area in our budget for it so I can get new stuff on a regular basis....

Bottom line, they're clothes. If Mom finds them tell her this is the 21st century and some people wear this stuff as evening wear fer cryin' out loud. Seriously, you're Mom should know you well enough to know whether you're a normal girl wanting to feel good and sexy or a tramp about to hit the streets. Either way it's all good. As for your friend, she's encouraging you, and if she's not and she's hitting on you then go with the flow should you feel curious, if not take it as a compliment and simply explain you're not that way inclined.

 I think it's all normal and ok. I biy sexy lingerie mostly for myself too, if a guy happens to like it, great. If not, I'm gonna wear it anyway because it makes ME feel sexy.
Don't hide it from your mom unless she goes sneaking in your underwear... why would she do that? Sexy lingerie is appropriate for someone your age who is beginning to develop as a woman and wants to explore and feel hot. It's no different from buying a bra and a thong in my book. But you know your mom best.
Matching knickers are nice. If you can afford it, do it.
Your friend sounds like she was just encouraging you to be brave and feel hot I think. But again, you know her the best. Sounds like encouraging words to me, nothing else, not like she was trying to flirt with you if that's what you mean.

 1) Does your mum go through your draws? At your age, I dont see any reason to hide it. Unless she is against her daughter being a sexual being.
2) If you've got the money, go get them before they go out of stock.
3) Normal in terms of what friends say to each other, well in my experience anyway. She was just saying that you would look hot wearing it, so hot that you could turn her; a joke.

If the black knickers look good with it then don't bother, and the matching ones might not be as comfortable, but it is up to you really.
Your friend could have been joking or she might be interested in you, especially if she told you to buy it and knows your single. If she displays any more behavior like that, and it makes you uncomfortable then tell her. If it doesn't and you are interested back, then go ahead and flirt back. But like I said, she could of just been joking too.
