The SSRI "antidepressants" play havoc with sexual function, and it is idiosycratic. Paxil, in particular seems to have erratic effects, and can allow a very strong erection(sometimes), but for some bizarre reason, a woman once told me that "I didn't love her", in the middle of sex though I did very much! It not only screws up sexual function, it also screws up sexual communication. Zoloft is worse in that it may not work, and most likely will leave you flaccid. Effexor is one of the better ones, and Prozac is cheap, but you're probably better off dumping the SSRI's(carefully and slowly), and taking supplements that include tryptophan, 5-hydroxy-tryptophan, and possibly St. John's wort.
The best antidepressant would increase systemic seratonin AND dopamine, but I am aware of no legal drug that will do that.

If you look up the potential side effects of almost any of the anti-depressant medications you will find that "delayed-ejaculation" is listed for all of them. For some men this is actually a benefit in that it counteracts their tendency to ejaculate prematurely. However, the dosage of any given medication is also a major influence on the degree to which one experiences any given side effect. You should also be aware that there is the possibility of a psychological element as well, in that once you have experienced the problem you tend to anticipate it the next time and it becomes a sort of self-fulfilling prophecy in your mind.
I have had experience with several anti-depressant medications over the years and sometimes have found myself experiencing your dilemma. My solution has been to try and find a dosage level of the medication that may cause me a delay but still achieve ejaculation eventually. Whether or not you can use that technique will depend on how serious your depression issues are and how much medication you require. It is also possible that a change of medication might make a difference. In addition, in order to deal with the depression you might want to make sure that you are eating healthily, getting at least 7 hours sleep a night, exercising regularly and possibly working with a qualified therapist. If you can find an alternative means of coping with the depression then you can eventually forego the medication.
Depression is becoming a major issue for more and more people these days so don't feel that you are alone. I am single, unattached and have met and spoken with more people that are on anti-depressants and experiencing your problem (with women it is failure to reach orgasm) than you could imagine.
Good luck!
