 Foreplay is the key here. Women rarely have orgasms with penetrative sex alone. They need clitoral stimulation to achieve orgasm. You dont say whether you can when you're on your own.
Sometimes practising different positions during sex like the woman on top, can bring an orgasm on, but by no means every woman will have success there!
I would stop worrying about intercourse orgasms, and enjoy lots of foreplay!

reason i ask is, I've had a few casual partners who I've just had sex with a few time. I never once orgasmed with these men. Yet I have had 2 long term serious relationships and get plenty! think its because you start to try out new things and really open up with eachother.
Many women dont ever orgasm from just penatrative sex alone, oral sex is usually a good stimulous. I find girl on top os good for achieving orgasm too.
In the mean time, try getting to that point by yourself. Just touch yourself in different place and see what feels good. Once this is achieved, you can point your man in t he right direction!
