I dont know if she loves me, she tells me to visit her, always laughs when i am around although she hardly touches me,if she is talking to a boy her age or more and i am around she would leave him and come to me. I even bought her some gifts, she collected it after i pleaded with her. but i am sure she knows that i love her. Please help me what do i do to make her my girlfriend or love me. I'm alittle confused, is she 20 years old, or 20 years older?
But thats beside the point...
If you really love her then tell her, but dont make this big theatrical show about it because she'll feel pressured into saying that she likes you if she doesn't. From what I've read it seems to me that she likes you as well. If I were you I'd ask her if she'll go to the local park with you, get something light to eat or drink and walk around for a while. Then when there's that little akward silent moment, just casually say something like: "So what are the chances you'd go out with someone like me?"
After that go with the flow. She may turn you down and you need to be ready for that. But chances are she'll say yes and be flattered.
Good luck! And keep us updated please!

She obviously likes you and probably loves the attention but this won't go any further than this unless the lady has some serious issues. If you have girl friends you've already got the advantage over most men as when the right one comes along you'll know how to act. In the mean time have confidence in yourself and stop worrying (easily said). There's always porn.

Tell her exactly how you feel. You being 17 and her being 20, isn't much of an age difference. Have a talk with her, pour your heart out and just tell her how you're feeling and hope she feels the same way.
