 im glad you asked this questions,dont even stress bout your penis.im sure it will grow..plus i think it dosnt matter tht your asian.it will grow when hit ur growth spurt.and when you git older if it hasnt grow by then it dosnt matter because if they love you thts all you need and im surre you will know how to please.

 Great second paragraph Danielepew, I completely agree.
But as for where you stated that genes do not matter, well there are proven studies that genes do count when it comes to size. It has been proven that the size of your penis is based on your fathers/grandfather.. ect.. and that it's based on your nationalty and culture or its useage. (for example here in America some tend to be more premisquious then others, therfore making the penis more active which increases its muscles and makes the penis longer, not wider)
Sorry to get all technical but I'm going to school to become a "sexual therpist".
To comment on 14.1CM that is slightly above average in the region in which this boy lives.
To comment on the size as a women, it would do just fine and I'd have no complaints!
Don't Worry about things that you can't help hun... and you do still have some growing time left!

 Your penis might grow a bit more. However, The best advice I can give you is not to worry about the size of it, but about how you use it. And that's well within your means. It doesn't depend on your genes.
There is always going to be a physical feature of us that't not in "demand". We can be too short, or too pale, or too fat, whatever. Some people will like the size of your penis and others won't (right now, you're in the latter group). I guess the moment comes when we stop worrying about those things, and do our best. Do that. The sooner, the better.
