 I think you are wasting your time with this one. She is engaged and obviously wants to stay that way. She may have feelings for you but she is ignoring them. Engaged or not if she wanted to be with you she would. She is not playing fair with you she is telling you she loves you which is giving you hope and then she is telling you she is ignoring these feelings because she is engaged. I think that you need to move on and find someone who is available to love you back.
