 It is perfectly legal for 15yr old to date a 17yr old. The problem arises when sex is involved and one is underage. There is absolutely no lawing banning two individuals from dating.

I dont think that this is possible to be illegal. You cant stop two people who are under age to go out dating. It only gets complicating if they sleep with one another and one is under legal age. There is nothing lawful against a 15yr old going out with even a 20yr old.
