You may want to try a stop and start sort of technique...never jerk continuously for more than 15 seconds...vary it with just talking or something...otherwise there isn't much you can do. Most penises follow a "you use hands; I will cum" principle.

Why on earth would you want him to last a long time with a handjob? It just hurts your hand. You want him to last a long time with intercourse. The faster he cums with a hj, moresoe with a bj, the better, no?And yes, after he cums, it's sensitive and he doesn't want it touched. It's called a refractory period. Particularly for young inexperienced guys, they really need to be left completely alone after they cum. No touch on the genitals at all, and maybe not even hugging. If you want to prolong the fun for him then just learn to sense when he's close and slow down or back off for a little while.Manually blocking the ejaculation at the tip of his penis isn't good for his parts down there. Don't do that. The penis head can get VERY sensitive right after a guy cums, which is why your BF doesn't want you to touch it afterward. It depends on the guy but it's literally painful for some guys to keep stroking it.
