writes:Hi all. I just need an advice on how to deal with this difficult situation at my work place. There's a co-worker who treats everybody like we are stupid. Worst part is that our supervisor is dating this guy so she is always on his side. He is our quality assurer at the moment as we rotate on the monthly bases to do that job. I hate my job so much that I end up wanting to resign and I can't cause there are no jobs in our country. I've chosen not to talk to him or greet him at all. Today we where having lunch, as the supervisor and this guy came in my supervisor said something that I didn't like in front of this guy, his boyfriend. She said just move on that chair we want to eat' as there was lot of space around she even said I'm taking all the space, worse, I'm very skinny to take all the space. I just need your advice cause this now involves my supervisor, it was okay if it was my co-worker alone cause I was going to ignore him, but now I'm speechless I just don't know what to do.

reader, anonymous, writes (11 July 2012): When it comes to work youll always have to kiss a** and deal with people you dont like, unless you when the lotto, until you foolishly blow it away and end up working again. Just respect these people and do there requests, easier to move then get extra stress.
