hey , if this is the first time , feelings are so strong and you really can't get him out of your head , you seriously have to look back on the relationship and think..

Are you the same person you were then? have you persued other interestS to grow by yourself and learn to live by your beautiful self , or have you become stuck , stuck in the past that's muddled ......

One needs to be aware of the present,LOOK FOR THE POSITIVES in yourself, love yourself, the way you think you love him , and probably do ,,,the rest will take care of itself , live life and what's meAnt to be won't pass you :))) don't be stuck.......

If he's for you , you will cross paths again , if not another love will come by , i think we are always filled with love that needs to flow and not stuck in the past .....

i know this is hard ,,,,i too cannot get him out of my head , but it's, so gettin easier .....

hope this helps :)

God Bless and have faith ..

I am in a similar situation, and everyone tells me to forget him and i just cant.

You still love this guy, but you broke up for a reason, just remember that reason when you think of him.

When you think of him, and think of all the good times you must remember the bad times and why you split, it is these memories that will distance you from him.

A lovely thing that a friend told me, was that if I feel lonely and like I want to call him and speak to him, then to just call her instead, this may help?

I hope that time is a great healer and I do know how much you are hurting. But until you feel strong enough to move on seek comfort in your friends and be with them, they will help you.

lilgirly agony aunthey,

you can't just get him out of your head, if you don't try to get him out of your head!

everyone is still thinking about their exes it is very common and hard but they forget about them anyways .....with going out meeting new people having fun , seeing that you can live without him!

and day after day you will think about him less and less(you won't forget that you loved him)!

and the day will come when you meet someone new.

good luck ,hope i helped byeXXX
