The fact that she would admit to someone else that she still liked him when she was with you is a big warning sign for you.
I personally wouldn't leave her because of that but,
keep this in your mind, and keep your eye on her.
At this point in time, i would stop attaching yourself emotionally to her, until you can be sure that she will be dedicated to just you.
I'm not saying the relationship will end but it's something i would watch out for,
and if at all possible walk out, before you become the victim.
It's not the best answer but it's a start.
