The term "virgin" has no real medical bearing. If you are asking whether your are physically a virgin, there is no such thing, as it is possible for a woman to have sex without damaging her hymen, and also possible, though uncommon, for a hymen to heal a break again.
If you are looking for a mental/emotional/moral answer, it depends on a persons individual beliefs. Most people will tell you that you lost your virginity. Some will tell you that it didn't count. Others, including myself, will tell you there is really no such thing as virginity; that you've done what you've done, and it's as simple as that.

ANY penile penetration of your vagina means you are no longer a virgin... so even if he just got the tip in you are no longer technically a virgin.

I concur with Cindy. I also hope you used protection as its possible to conceive by doing what you did.

I doubt it.
Your hymen is AT the vaginal opening , not somewere at the bottom of your vagina- so half a penis ( let's say 2/5 -3 inches ? , or more ) is quite enough to break it ; IF it was still there. A hymen ( except unlucky exceptions ) is not particularly thick and sturdy ,it's a frail membrane which often goes sort of worn out because of falls, sport activities, vigorous exercise..That would explain why you did not bleed. Bleeding is not mandatory anyway , some hymens are just very thin and they sort of "disintegrate " with no visible traces, others , called " compliant hymens " are very elastic and just yield to pressure without tearing.
Some women are even born without an hymen.
All these things would explain why you did not bleed. In any case, the penis HAS been inserted in your vagina , although not totally, so the sex act of penetration HAS happened .

It was sore because you didn't get lubricated with oral sex on both of you before hand. You were both too dry.
Also, you need to do lots of research on sex because you NEED to use condoms AND birth control for any sexual activity because when you have sex you could get a disease or pregnant.
