How can I lose weight? Everything I try is just not working!
Q. i am 18, i have been on a diet for about 3 months now! i eat under a 1000 calories a day! run about an hour each day and do light weights, sit up etc..(well not eveyday i do miss a few) but i dont seem to have lost any weight!!..i realy would like ...
