Married 25 years to woman i dated from age 18. I am her first and only male companion. I am very involved in sports and have both played and coached at highly comletitive levels. I say "i love you" everyday to my wife and children. I used to hug my children when most people would opt to spank them. I dont swear or tend to engage in anger. I tend to believe that anger is not an emotion that i relate to although disappointment and frustration could be drawn out. I like to believe in positive thinking and growth and as i age i have been questioning what "growth" really is . I ask questions and look for improvement. Is lack of growth , stagnation or contentment? I also have tried to live a life that confirms to a mandate of my actions are worthy so long as they dont injure others. I recognize that this committment has limited my choices and my growth as well leaving my to question my own intergrity. Life is a question and our shackles are our choices or reluctance to choose "our life first" . I think our lack of choosing our joy and choosing our life actually causes our own illnesses. Our choices block our life force. I enjoy meditation classes and have had some involvement with Reiki. But im still learning. Be well
