How do I stop biting my nails?
Q. Hi just a short question. I want long nails but I always end up subconsiously biting them. I hate chewing my nails and its not healthy either... Once they grew, but broke and are weak.. How can I grow my nails/stop myself from biting them?...

For the strength issue, eat more of foods containing calcium and magnesium, like cheese.
