congradulations to me

iv been really striving to get on the top agony aunts bored and i did it. i feel so excited. i was just looking to see if i had ansered enough questions to get on the most replies bored and i had, so im ranked #242 wooo! but even better then that i looked at the top ranked by all users and it turns out im #33! im just so happy! thank you all who rated my answers, even those of you who rated them poor.... i guess. thanks everyone!

People can still rate your answers even if they are several days old and you havent posted for a while. So if you had a ratings dive while active then they go up again when you are absent it is probably because the latest answers you gave were more agreeable that the previous ones.

And to add to this, Jay, we've all gone up and down and up and down in the ratings. The thing to keep in mind is that you give the best advice you can. That's really all you can do. If you get too hung up on the ratings, you'll only get disillusioned with things, and that's of no help to anyone.
