She is 3 years younger than me and is really flirty with guys in my year and has even been on dates with a couple of lads in my circle of friends. I'm not that confident with boys so it really gets to me when she can get dates with boys in my year when I can't. It's really awkward when I go out or chat to guys because they have all had one experience or another with her. Ive told her it really annoys me but she won't listen and says that it's just a bit of fun. When I talk to guys about it they say I shouldn't worry over it and she's just being a little childish. Am I right to be annoyed or am I just a bit jealous that she can get lads in my year when I can't ?

 I have realized that confidence is pritty much the key to just about everything in life. So thats it just be confident and dont think that you HAVE to get a boyfriend or even go out on a date. Go with what feels right. Also just try casual flirting like saying you that hes cute or something because attraction isnt really a big deal, its programed into all of us. Just start out with small things like that and you will end up with with the confidence your sis has. If you cant bring yourself to do that then you just have to as i say "Bite the Bullet" and just go for it, life i just a big game of chance.
