i was 15 when i went on the pill, just go to your doctor and tell your doctor you would like to go on the pill, however i'd still use a condom too as my cousins girlfriend has just been caught out on the pill. you can tell your mum you want to go on it as your periods are bad and you get bad period pains as the pill reduces the pains, thats the reason i went on at 15.

i know your from the usa but in England we can get the pill at any age and im guessing that would probably be the same anywhere. your age thing says your 18-21 so why the big deal? anyway i dont think u need all this insurance and things. Wouldnt your mum prefer to know your being safe than gettin a message one day saying your pregnant. if your not ready to tell you mum n be totaly responsible...make sure u know what ur doin! xxx

You can get free birth control at your local family planning center look them up in the phone book. You do realize that the pill doesn't protect against any STD's, right? I recommend that you use both in order to be totally protected.
