I didn't tell anybody but my best friend sort of figured out and then so did a few others. Now I know when I hang out with this guy, I'm gonna be really awkward cause my best friend will be there and she'll be watching and she knows I like him and ugh how do I just forget about it and not be awkward around him? Usually we're really close and have a really good laugh together so if I start acting all awkward now my best friend knows he'll know something is up and ask me about it D:

Just carry on being yourself, who gives a damn whether your bestie is their or not just punch them in the arm if they give you 'the look' you know the one I mean, the where it kinda states 'ooooohhhh, look at you two' all over their face haha.
Tell him when you feel ready too, don't rush into it. All good things take time.
Just don't start making the situation more complicated, like you said it will just complicate your relationship with him further hun.
