reader, anonymous, writes (28 July 2009): So im not a guy lol, but to be honest with you i have lots of male friends. In my view if one of my male friends now said they liked me after a year , i personally don't think i could start to date them. It would be weird because they feel really close to me, a bit like my brothers. I think once you've known someone so long, the whole fancying thing goes and you become friends and nothing more. Maybe he feels differently, but in my eyes i don't think i could be in a relationship with a person i'd called friend for a year.
