 ok i see evidence that she wants to be with you, but your not dateing yet. you need to ask her how she feels. dont be surprised if shes not ready for a relationship yet, considering that she did just break up with her ex. also keep in mind that if shes not ready yet that dousnt mean she dousnt want you. i hope iv been helpful.

 I think you have to ask her, she may just see you as a friend but may secretly want more. Ask her directly, are we friends or do you see this relationship going in a different direction. Good luck x
