I fancy a social worker that has been assigned to myself and my 3 year old daughter, i am single, so is he, we are the same age and he is just the most amazing and intriguing man i have ever met; he is soon to finish on my case and is being moved on so to speak? Would he be allowed to have any sort of relationship with me? Any advice would be appreciated please? Thanx

kenny agony auntI don't think that he would be allowed to have a relationship with you while he is still assigned to you as your social worker, i think if he did he could get into alot of trouble. However as he is moving onto another case i would think it would be ok to maybe date him then.

Good luck x
