 Yes, sure, you'll find it easier when you are drunk, because being drunk helps you get over your nervousness and your inhibitions.
In other words, you feel comfortable doing things when you're drunk that you would be too nervous to do when you're sober but really want to do.
So, she will be far less inhibited about giving you a violent slap across the face or driving her knee up forcefully into your groin...
Unless, of course, you're really lucky and she really likes you - in which case it's going to be fine kising her when you're sober and so is she.
Anyway, in my experience most girls kiss MUCH better when they're sober. Drunk is just a slobbery, saliva-filled, sweaty, smelly mess. AND if you've ever had a drunken girl start to throw up when you're kissing her... I'll leave you with that delightful image. I think you've got the idea by now.

reader, anonymous, writes (27 July 2008): I had a rule that I followed after I got divorced from my first wife. I never wanted a woman to be drunk the first time that we slept together. I wanted her to have sex with me because she wanted to. I know this is not the norm, as my wife told me that I was one of very few who didn't try to get her drunk on the first date, but I believe that it is the only fair way to get sex from a woman the first time. I think it is also a good rule for someone your age who wants to kiss a girl for the first time. Do it when she is sober and actually wants to kiss you. Then you will have actually accomplished something.

reader, anonymous, writes (27 July 2008): You're legally too young to get drunk. Any club selling alcohol to someone your age risks losing their drinks licence.
Apart from that, sober is best. You'll both remember it a lot better. And stick to orange juice until you're 18 when it all becomes legal.

reader, anonymous, writes (27 July 2008): I don't think kissinf her while being drunk would be a good idea, it's almost as if you're taking advantage! Maybe if you got a bit tipsy to feel more confident that'd be okay, but if you two were drunk, you could end up doing something you'll regret.
My advice is to not use the situation as an excuse to get to kiss her!

 Dont kiss her drunk, as easy as it may be its wrong for two reason
1. You could be taking advantage of a drunk girl
2. She might kiss you for the wrong reason (being drunk)
Talk to her while drinking, not drunk, easy into dont use her being drunk as a state to be capitlised on
