 you should not be having sex with a 14 year old it is like a pervert you could go away not for a few months for years for being a pervert her parents can choose what happens to you they could press charges and they might be able to decide what happens to the babyi personally think she should get to say what happens to the baby and you probably wont be able to see it it is illegal to sleep with any1 under 16

 For starters, paisano, it's a very bad idea to have sex with a 14 year old, and an even worse idea to impregnate her. I have a feeling that you're already in this problem. If you are, you had it coming.
Everything would depend on where you had sex and impregnated her. I don't know what the age of consent is in the United States. I understand it's 18 years in Mexico. But it escapes me now what happens if one minor has sex with another minor.
There are laws in the United States regarding pregnant minors, but I understand they vary from state to state. Again, it would be necessary to know where this happened.
There is an "interesting" side to all this. If you had sex in both countries, it would be very difficult to prove where the impregnation happened. Maybe you would get away with that. But, if you were to be charged of statutory rape, you would be charged in both countries.
Whatever the laws, I'm afraid that a 14 year old isn't mature enough to handle a baby, or to stand her ground with her parents. Neither you nor her have the money, the means or the emotional stability for this. So most likely the parents will decide.
I have a feeling that we're missing something here. Is there?

 Depends where you had sex and the age of consent? If your above the age of consent and someone told the police you could get into trouble. You need to say these or look them up to know what could happen
