Assuming you're basically health, that you otherwise get proper erections (like 'morning wood'), then whatever's going on is psychological. You may be getting messages from your subconscious that the relationship is somehow wrong -- that you've (or she's) moved too fast, and you're not ready for sex yet in this relationship. Or you may be so haunted by past failures that you're stressing out.
In a young and otherwise healthy man, if the circumstance is right, everything works. If it doesn't work, well, stress is an erection killer. The resolution is to not be stressed or anxious.
