Sweetie, this isn't right. Not only is it very illegal but it is not good for either of you. He can be branded as a sexual predator and be seen as peadophile and you can be put through some stress yourself with your family. It can get quite ugly.
Please, for your own good, tell your mom and dad if this guy is being inappropriate with you, let an adult know. In the meantime, cut out all contact with him....you are a kiddo...he is an adult and should know better.

I don't know if this man is flirting with you, but if he is you need to report him to a trusted adult and stay away from him. The reasons that this is illegal is that mature men can gain your trust and mislead a young person with less life experience and judgement and knowing that this is illegal activity, he could be dangerous and try to hurt you, rape you or even kill you.....do not trust a man of this age if he is paying you physical and romantic attention, he is "grooming" you by trying to gain your trust so that he can take advantage of you. This is a sick individual you are dealing with, not a healthy male of 30. Does he know your true age?
If he were to touch you inappropriately or have sexual relations with you he could be arrested and put on a national sex offenders register for the rest of his life.
I am concerned that you are interested in a man of this age when you are only 14. Do you have an absent father or a poor relationship with your father?
