Worried that person I wrote about on here might figure out who I am?

A female , anonymous writes:

do you ever get nervous the person you write about for advice looks up a certain topic or looks for their own advice and comes across what you wrote?

I don't have specific names or anything but i definitely have alot of posts that entail what was said during conversations, what we did etc and if that same person read it, it would be very very embarrassing.

Are the chances pretty slim of this happening? I recently wrote about an office hook up that happened and I am a little nervous that maybe i wasn't too generic and now i can't delete anything.

I have been accused of this a number of times, yet if the persons or person takes a really close look at what is written they see that it is of a certain similarity to what they experienced, sometimes you see what is not really there when upset

As long as you don't give out names and too many details in your questions and you're posting them anonymously, there shouldn't be any chance of that happening.

Yes, I was actually so worried that I deleted my account and all my posts so now I answer questions anonymously. Just in case.

OP if you want those posts deleted, just post the links here and they'll be deleted.

The chances of it are very low though if you have posted anonymously on all of them. People would find it exceptionally difficult to locate your questions and other posts because they won't show up on your column.

The chances are exceptionally low. But for piece of mind you can have them removed if you wish.

Don't worry. The chances are pretty slim of that ever happening. And even if it did, how can they know for sure it's you? Don't worry.
