well i think when the time comes to it and your ready to have sex with someone you love and want to commit to, you will feel less neverous if your actually in a loving serious relationship and once your ready the thoughts of loosing your erection will probably just fade away. you need to stop worrying! even if you did loose your erection the girl will understand its just down to it being your first time and forget all about it. good luck! xxx

Hi sweetness,
Every guy get's nervous about his first time. I'm not a man, but I know that some guys have let their nerves get the best of them and they can't hold their erection the first time. It's okay!! We women understand.
I do think the key to staying hard is relaxing and having fun. If you think too much, the erection is going to die. The more you're thinking, "I have to stay hard, for the love of god stay hard!!", the more you'll give your penis too much pressure and it won't perform the way you want it to.
If you wait to have sex with a girl who you really care about and who you're really SUPER comfortable with, the experience will be better. Practice being naked together, and exploring each other. That way, you won't be jumping into things... and you'll have practiced staying hard during sexual activity.
Sex sometimes takes a few tries to get right. If you make sure that you're having fun while trying, it will be a lot of fun and I promise you you'll get it right.
Remember to be safe about having sex and try to do it with somebody who you really care about. I swear, it makes sex so much better.
Good luck, sweetness!
