Doesn't sound like a urinary infection, but I suppose they can come in many shades.. Urinary infection is very common though when you first start having sex, or when you have just gotten a new sexual partner. The same with fungus. But fungus itches like mad. Urinary infection hurts real bad and you feel like you need to pee constantly, and you can pee blood and it hurts like mad... I mentioned that right?
But yes, this could be a harmless although painful thing, but luckily easily treated if it is one of the two I mentioned.

I doubt it's related. Chi has a point, maybe it's adjusting to change. How likely is he to lie about his sexual history? Either way, see a doctor =]

It could be your body adjusting to the change. I mean you just had sex for the first time. This is not an STD as you had yourself and him checked beforehand. So either you are coming down with something, over-analyzing, or having a reaction to your first time.
If anything lasts/gets worse, just call up your doctor.

tbh i don't think you'd get sick from swallowing it unless you had an intolerance of some kind? but i'm not sure about that. You'd have to go to a doctor to make sure. It could just be coincidence. I shouldn't think there's anything to worry about. drink lots of water, double check that you're both 'clean', and if symptoms continue for more than 2-5 days see a doctor?
