I have a friend who works out (hes the only friend that does) but he is a little shy and secluded. He talks to me fine but is still shy. The thing that scares me is that I don't know how my body will look like after working out for some time. I want to ask my friend if I could see how his work outs have affected his body but im scared he'l think I'm weird or something. How do I go about this?

Just go to a gym dude. They'll write up a program for you and show you how to do the exercises. Do them for a month and you'll start seeing results... but other people tend to notice first any differences first... ;)
