If you are stressed, exercise can reduce stress.Get enough sleep.
For hair loss, it could be due to other factors,You can read all about it here;-

It could be the stresses of work that are making your hair thinner, or it could just be that you maybe going thin on top early as some people do. You could maybe try some relaxation techniques whenever you aquire a spare half hour on your own. Just lay back, maybe light an insense stick and concentrate on your breathing while letting your hole body relax. Put your mind somewhere else, maybe your favourite place, or an imaginary place, and surround yourself with calmness and inner peace. You could alsotry some Paul Mckenna hypnosis CDS for relaxation too. For your hair you could try Loreal Elvive Body Building Thickening smampoo for men, containing Regenium-xy. It strenthens and thickens hair for better scalp coverage. Nearly all supermarkets do this product, or you could look for it online.
Good luck

Stressed Guy,You need to loosen up. Do a risk/reward analysis of quitting your job and taking a break, or at least taking a long vacation. Maybe you need to go to the gym and work out. Also, have lots of sex! Okay, I'm not sure if that last bit of advice was accurate, but this is a relationships forum, so I had to tie your question in to relationship, dating, love or sex. Thanks!
