reader, anonymous, writes (20 May 2008): uhhmmm idk i think weraing a bra to bed is pritty bad because they say your breasts need air to grow at night just like you dont wear your shoes to bed cause then you wont be able to grow the right way.. and if you wear a bra to bed how could they get that air. but idk thats what people say im not really sure what the correct answer is but i wouldnt wear one to bed. and i wouldnt sleep on my stomach cause then your boobs will get pushed up agianst the bed and then they wont grow. I think you should do what feels right for your breasts and just wear one to bed it you want but my suggestion is to just take it off. and be comfortable.

reader, anonymous, writes (29 December 2007): well I dont know abouyt everyone else but i wear an underwired bra to sleep ALL THE time! 24/7 and TRUST ME IT DIDNT STUNT my groowth im not 5 foot 7 in. and im not even finished growing!

Why do you wear a bra to bed? No, it will not stunt your growth, but the underwires might cause bruising. You only need to wear a bra to bed if your breasts are very swollen and tender, and they need the support. In that case, you should only wear a comfortable soft cup bra.

So I wouldnt sleep in a bra, but besides that I just find it uncomfortable to wear a bra to bed.

I dont think that it would stunt your growth but i do suggets that you dont sleep with one. I think that if you wear a bra then it just to ensure that they are not sagging (if you know what i mean)

It is probably not healthy to wear your bra to 24/7 or to bed. Why not just play safe, be more comfortable and just take it off.
(Personally I sleep "porno".)
