I mean say if it clears up for her, can I give it back to her, vice a versa, am afraid to have sex with any one else, I don't want to give any one this, with out knowing it has cleared up.Iv'e been checked ,for every thing else, am clean, I heard that probably 80 percent of active people has this, an don't even know it, I didn't know about this until now, I 've always been a nut about getting a check up every year, never have caught any thing

Ask a qualified medicine man (a DOCTOR)....'cuz this is an important question.... far more so than for you to ask us (Aunts and Uncles) here, and believe that we can give you proper, or qualified, advice......
Good luck...

If pap smears are done on a frequent enough basis, you can catch precancerous cells at an early enough stage to where it can be safely treated. There are 2-3 methods used to treat the cervix. The doctors will make the appropriate selection. The takeaway from this is that a clear pap smear test does not mean you do not have HPV. The only way to know is to to a digene test or if you have visible warts. To help your immune system get the HPV under control, your immune system must be functioning at optimum levels. This means:1. Brush your teeth and keep your mouth very clean 2. Do not smoke (this is huge)3. No alcohol (turns into sugar)4. No sugar (also very big)5. no fast food, trans-fat, corn syrup etc.6. Proper sleep7. Vitamin supplements8. Eat greens like spinach and collard greens9. look into something called mannoseToo much info to post it all here. Get the proper tests, be very healthy and speak with your doctor.

No it doesn't work like that. She can't "catch" this strain again because her body will recognize it. My understanding is that the virus never fully clears, it just "deactivates" and remains dormant. She will need to get regular pap smears because HPV can cause cervical cancer. Be sure to continue using condoms.
The best thing for you to do is to get tested, and if you are negative, ask about getting vaccinated (men can be vaccinated too). If you are positive, it doesn't mean you caught it from her.
