This can sometimes happen when teeth get in the way during all the excitement. With more experience, a girl can learn how to keep those teeth off the shaft even during his ejaculation, which is when it usually happens with a new or inexperienced girlfriend. Unfortunately, the blow jobs will probably need to cease for a couple of weeks to allow healing of any sore that developed as a result of too much contact with the front teeth.
It may be necessary to curtail any penetrative sex at all to allow the healing process, depending upon the severity of the sore.
In my experience, the ointment Neosporin applied two or three times daily helped speed the healing process. If the sore is a couple inches from the tip, and it's usually on the top side, you can possibly still suck him off by just inserting the tip and stroking carefully below the sore area. Actually, it feels great. But the sore area must absolutely be avoided for up to seven or ten days. There is simply too much potential to irritate or cause infection inserting deeper.
