Will this exercise plan work the second time around or do I need to do more cardio to lose weight?

i want to lose weight before meeting my ex..i know i am not heavy but i think i could afford to lose 5-8lbs if not more.

I am in my midtwenties..before college i actually dropped a decent amount of weight and kept it off all throughout college..i think after being in a relationship, a break up, being able to drink that changed and i definitely gained.

To lose weight i didn't really do alot of cardio though..i did jumping jacks..maybe about 200 of them..then i did 100 lunges, 100 squats, 2-300 crunches, leg exercises, and then some arm reps..i did this about 5 days a week without even joining a gym

I am wondering if this will work again or should i add more cardio to this work out a few days week? my trouble areas are definitely my butt, stomach and legs..

Any thoughts? thanks.

The Realist agony auntI think that the work out you have stated should get you right back on track. You don't have to go to the gym, all you need is some space and maybe some dumbbells. Adding some cardio wouldn't hurt at all so why not add in something if you have the time. All those exercises should work the areas you want them to really well. Also if you wanted to try standing and going up and down on your tippy toes which should work the calves.

Remember to eat a healthy diet and don't cut out any healthy food from your life. With all the working out your body needs the vitamins and carbs.
