 I think it's time to tell him that the oral stimulation of your labia doesn't do anything for you. He probably is operating under the misconception that you like it. If it is uncomfortable, then you have to tell him. He's not a mind reader.
I don't think that what you describe he's doing is going to cause you to grow unbelievably long labia, and if you get him to stop, then you won't have anything to worry about. Problem solved.
