Anyway, since he IS your ex and past history now, why should you concern yourself with what he's doing, or who he's with?
No, focus on your own life and the things that make you happy and the activities you do to "give back" to society.....

hello....Firstly why did you split??? was he at fault in the relationship or you?? or both??Is he able to hold a long relationship? 7 years is a long time...how soon did he enter into his new relationship? Chances are it could be a rebound but thats not a definate. The main thing you should be concentrating is on yourself and a fresh start....He obviously doesnt see your potential so find somebody that does.....his loss could be somebody worthy's gain!! :o)
