 I dont think she will think your fat as most girls and women are far to wrapped up in how they look themselves without worrying what your body is like.
I also think your a little young to be having sex, but thats just my opinion. Sex changes things. Maybe it would be better for you guys to just date and have fun. You can enjoy all the other intimate stuff like kissing and cuddling, but sex is a huge step with a risk of teen pregnancy, why give yourself the worry?
A lot of girls get pressured into having sex at a very young age, it's a scary thing for most of them but they fear losing their boyfriend if they don't 'give in', even if they really don't want to have sex. Boys are much more sexual at an earlier age because of puberty and their hormones. Before you begin a sexual relationship, talk openly to your girlfriend and see how she really feels. If she seems like she really wants to wait until you are both a bit older, she is absolutely going to adore you and have respect for you, if you don't try and pressure her into it.
It's definitely worth waiting for.
