 An STD or a false response on a lie detector would be a fairly hefty clue. And then I think those detectors are somewhat questionable. Other than that, no, unless you were doing your anal screwing this afternoon. Partners can often detect scents, such as cologne or even natural gender presence if one has recently been with an "other."
